ac888 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or in violation of these Terms will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

ac888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. All bonus expiry dates are stated in the relevant promotion's terms — unused bonus funds that reach their expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ac888 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the ac888 platform, whether under your own identity or any false or assumed identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Services in any way that facilitates financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing betting strategies or account access in ways that give a coordinated advantage, or match-fixing in any sports betting market.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by ac888.

ac888 reserves the right to use all available technical, legal, and operational measures to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. The list above is illustrative and not exhaustive — ac888 reserves the right to determine in its reasonable judgement whether conduct not specifically listed constitutes a violation of these Terms.

ac888 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ac888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account; (c) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (d) the player's account has been inactive for a continuous period and ac888 has been unable to contact the player by email; or (e) ac888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by ac888 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ac888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money deposits, where permitted by applicable law.
